Everything else here — the building, the timetable, the results — follows from who is standing in front of the class. So we hire slowly, pay on time, and treat the job as a profession.
What we offer in return
We are a modestly sized school, so we cannot compete on salary with the largest chains. Here is what we can offer instead — and we take it seriously.
Paid training
Regular in-house workshops on pedagogy, classroom management and assessment.
On-time salaries
Salaries are paid by the 5th of every month, without exception.
Room to grow
Senior and coordinator roles are filled from within wherever possible.
